Marklyn Management Ltd. was established in 1990 as a real estate management firm serving the needs of the real estate investment community in Ottawa and the surrounding communities.

Our core business is to seek value and growth-oriented investments in real estate assets.

For more than 25 years, Marklyn Management Ltd. has excelled in providing value-added, quality services such as property and asset management, acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, construction and development.

Jonathan Kardash  B.A, MBA
President

As founder and President of Marklyn Management Ltd., Jonathan Kardash brings over 25 years of real estate investment experience and is primarily responsible for new business development and reporting of financial and legal activities to clients and shareholders. Holding a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Arts from York University, his past successes include the development, sales and marketing of commercial, residential and industrial properties in the Ottawa and surrounding areas. His vision and leadership abilities have contributed to the growing success of Marklyn Management Ltd. and its clients.

Robert Brunetti
Construction

Rob Brunetti is directly responsible for the overall management of construction projects. This includes job costing, supervision, coordination, and operations management. With over 30 years experience, Mr. Brunetti’s expertise lies in commercial design and construction.

Brenda Tobin
Bookkeeper

As the in-house bookkeeper with over 25 years of accounting experience, Brenda is responsible for the coordination of accounting and financial statement preparation with a Chartered Accountant, along with reporting to shareholders.

Melissa Crosier
Property Manager

As a property manager of Marklyn Management Ltd., Melissa Crosier brings over 6 years of property management experience and is primarily responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and positive relations with external contacts and tenants.  Holding an honors diploma in Business Administration from Algonquin College, her related work experience includes property management at First Capital Realty as well as District Realty.  Her interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a high degree of adaptability have led to her success at Marklyn Management Ltd.

Jamie Davidson
Executive Assistant to the CEO

As the executive assistant at Marklyn Management Ltd., Jamie Davidson brings over 5 years of office administration and accounting experience.  She is primarily responsible for marketing and social media initiatives as well as administrative tasks and duties.  Holding an advanced diploma with honours in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources, and a diploma with honours in Small and Medium Enterprise Management, she has gained much experience through her management position at her prior employment.  Jamie is a fast learner, dedicated, a hard worker and strives for success at Marklyn Management Ltd.
